A Family Story That Lives On

A Family Story That Lives On

Our story begins with our grandfather, Albert “Inky” Harris, who ran his own cheesesteak and hoagie shop in Philadelphia in the 1940s. His steady work and friendly spirit shaped the way our family cooks and welcomes guests. Today, we continue his path here in Easley, SC. We still use fresh ingredients, thoughtful care, and the same family pride that guided him. When you visit, you’ll see his photo on our wall, reminding us where it all began.

For more than seventy years, our family has learned and shared this craft. Using Certified Angus Beef Ribeye and Liscio rolls baked on site, we follow the methods passed down to us. These steps help us honor the work that came before us. Guests often say the warm service they receive comes from the same family bond that shaped our early days in Philadelphia.

A Dream Shared Across Generations

A Dream Shared Across Generations

Ever since we can remember, our father Bill would say, "Some day girls, we are going to have a shop just like Inky did. In 2015 we proudly opened our "pop and girls" operation, fulfilling our father's lifelong dream. In our ten years of operation we have had the privilege of serving thousands of amazing guests over 600,000 cheesesteaks and counting which has given us the opportunity to pour into the needs of our community.

From sports teams, to mission trips, to Veterans organizations, to our local homeless shelter, thanks to tremendous community support we have proudly been able to positively impact those around us. See, its not about the sandwich, its about community. Thank you for sharing in our dream, we look forward to the privilege of serving you for years to come!

Since opening in 2015, we’ve aimed to create a place that feels warm, honest, and easy to enjoy. Locals and visitors stop by for cheesesteaks, hoagies, and other American favorites, all prepared with simple methods our family trusts. Our team is known for kindness and clear service, and we are grateful each time someone chooses to share a meal with us.
